StatementToExcel converts bank statements, credit-card statements and invoices (PDF) into editable Excel / CSV files. The free tier processes text-based PDFs locally in your browser. The Pro tier adds AI extraction for scanned / image-only documents.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the system. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any document you upload.
The output is provided "as is" for convenience. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of extracted data. Always verify the exported file before relying on it for accounting, tax or compliance purposes.
Pro subscriptions are billed by our payment partner Creem. Fees, renewal and cancellation are governed by the plan you select at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatementToExcel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
